How do I prepare a 4Seasons Pourable Pavement Filler Kit?Prior to mixing kit materials, prepare the area by removing all debris and standing water. Apply Bond Primer to all surfaces. Step 1: Shake PART A and pour the liquid into the empty bucket. Step 2: Shake PART B bag well and pour the aggregate into the bucket. (To Assist setup ONLY in temperatures below 50°F or 10°C: Add PART C Activator to PART B bag and shake well prior to pouring into liquid.) Step 3: Stir the mixture in a circular motion for 40 seconds by hand. Step 4: Pour product into the repair area filling until level with surrounding pavement. Product is self leveling however a stir stick can assist in assuring that all edges are covered. Tip: Remember that 4Seasons filler products set up fast. So have the repair area clean and ready, and be prepared to pour after mixing product.

What's the difference between R4 and Pourable Pavement Filler?While all 4Seasons filler products are water based and earth friendly, the R4 Formula uses recycled rubber aggregates in the mix. Finished appearance is asphalt black with slighty more flex upon cure. With R4 Formula you "Fill potholes, not landfills".

How long does it take for the product to set up, or when can I drive on it?"Average set up time is 10-60 minutes. On warm days set up can be as fast as 10 minutes. On colder* days set up can be as quick as 20 minutes. But on either day you have 5 minutes of work time once the components are mixed. Set up is quick, so you don't have to wait days to retraffic area. (*To Assist setup ONLY in colder temperatures below 50°F or 10°C: Add PART C Activator to PART B bag and shake well prior to pouring into liquid. This will speed up set up time for winter use. Never use PART C in any other manner as Warranty will be Void.)

Can I use the filler products for Sealcoating or Top Coat Finish?No, the filler products are strictly for repairs, patching, and filling. But Sealcoat can be applied after product cures.
